#1 - Measure and Weigh your cargo

Ensure that it fits within our pallet dimensions.

#2 - Contact us to book your slot

Provide us with details of your items to avoid disruptions.

We will confirm your slot and charges within the same day!

#3 - Bring your items to us

You may arrange your own transport to avoid any additional charges.

Or book a pickup slot with us.

#4 - Load your items onto our pallets

Load your items on the pallet provided. No additional charges.

- We do provide labor at $10 per pallet if you'd rather leave the laboring to us!

#5 - Secure your items

Leave the securing to us.

We will secure your items on the pallet with stretch film at no additional cost.

#6 - Import into our warehouse

We will import your items into our warehouse for safe storage.

- Each unique pallet imported will cost $8 per pallet (charged only once).

#7 - Pallet
Retrieval

Retrieve your pallets and items whenever you need something!

- $8 per pallet per retrieval

#8 - Export out of our warehouse

When you want to end the storage, return our pallet back to us.

- Each unique pallet exported will cost $8 per pallet (charged only once).

Sample Calculation:

Customer drops off items and utilizes 4 pallets for storage.

Storage Charges:

$9 x 4 pallets x 12 weeks = $432

After storage for 12 weeks, customer picks up all the items, and ends storage with us.

Retrieval Charges:

$8 x 4 pallets = $32

Import Charges:

$8 x 4 pallets = $32

Export Charges:

$8 x 4 pallets = $32

Total cost for storage of 4 pallets over 12 weeks:

$432 + $32 + $32 + $32 = $528

9% GST = $47.52

Grand Total = $575.52
